BigMoves is an owner operated LLC! Both my wife and I attended the University of Connecticut and had all three of our children attend UConn over the past decade and lived in these condos during their Junior and Senior years. We understand the importance of a safe, healthy living environment for our own children and offer our two condos for rent to responsible students. When we rent to students we expect that parents/guardians will sign a rent guarantee document taking full responsibility for expenses even though the lease is signed by the students.
